Welcome to Lightbulb Workshops
At Lightbulb Workshops we facilitate creative, business-focused and stimulating team building exercises. We specialise in the application of creative idea generation techniques to a team’s strategic objectives, working closely with our clients to create an experience which will impact at both an organisational and individual level.
Creative idea generation involves working with a group of people to produce a large number of ideas on a chosen issue in a short time, using concepts which already exist, relating ideas which were previously unrelated, and breaking free of existing thought patterns. Participants are introduced to a large number of creative idea generation techniques during the course of a workshop.
Team members will learn a new, engaging and transferable skill as they work together towards a stated business objective. They will leave with an action plan and a written toolkit of techniques to ensure that they have all they need to implement the learnings from the day.
