Train the trainer

One of the key benefits of our ‘Train the Trainers’ workshop is that participants leave with all the tools they require to facilitate future creative idea generation sessions in their management/team setting.

For this workshop the client chooses the issue and selects the participants for their training and/or leadership role. The workshop includes details of the theory behind Creative Idea Generation, an explanation of how each technique works and guidance on how to present the techniques to those who have not previously used them.

Each participant is given the opportunity to lead part of the session with full support from the facilitators. For this reason the maximum number of participants is 20, to ensure a high level of hands-on practice.
